Patience is mentioned a lot in the Bible. It’s connected to trust, hope, faith, love and good character. In this post you find a selection of ten Bible verses showing some of the aspects of patience.

Love is patient and kind; it is not jealous or conceited or proud
(1 Corinthians 13:4)
For this very reason do your best to add goodness to your faith; to your goodness add knowledge; to your knowledge add self-control; to your self-control add endurance; to your endurance add godliness; to your godliness add Christian affection; and to your Christian affection add love. These are the qualities you need, and if you have them in abundance, they will make you active and effective in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
(2 Peter 1:5-8)
You are the people of God; he loved you and chose you for his own. So then, you must clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.
